Christopher Sealey has a passion for ministry. He is a dynamic speaker and a published author who has a wonderful ability to inform and inspire audiences toward increased levels of commitment to Christ. One of the focus areas of his ministry has been teaching the principles of true stewardship. He has published three (3) books on the topic of Christian stewardship and conducted numerous workshops on Christian stewardship at local churches and conference level across the country.
Over the years, he has allowed the Lord to use him in service in several different areas of ministry, some of which include Treasurer, Finance Committee chairman, Personal Ministries Director, stewardship leader, an ordained elder, and church planter.
He initially accepted God’s calling to pastoral ministry in the Potomac Conference of Seventh-day Adventists as a bi-vocational pastor (Volunteer Lay Pastor). Following his graduation from the seminary (Southern Adventist University) in 2025, and after 35+ years in various senior leadership roles in Information Technology/Management, he accepted a full-time position with the Potomac Conference as the district pastor for three churches in Northern Virginia: Culpeper SDA Church, and Orange SDA Church, He initially accepted God’s calling to pastoral ministry in the Potomac Conference of Seventh-day Adventists as a bi-vocational pastor (Volunteer Lay Pastor). Christopher Sealey has a Master of Ministry with an emphasis in Evangelism and Ministry (Southern Adventist University), a Master of Engineering in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering (Rochester Institute of Technology), and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering (City College, City University of New York). He is also a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator for counseling pre-marital (dating, engaged), married, remarried, and retired couples.
Additionally, he serves as the Dean of Academic Programs for HopeLives365 Online University, the online education component of Mark and Teenie Finley’s HopeLives365 Ministries.
He and his wife, Deborah, were born and raised in the beautiful island of Trinidad, West Indies. Together, they have two grown children, Joshua and Rosalie. Chris and his family make their home in Bealeton, Virginia.
